Remember how NatWest has advertised that you can directly call your bank? Well you can’t or at least my branch. The number they have listed is customer care, I rang them and they wouldn’t give me the number however they did try and put me through (the line was engaged, so they put through a message which could take upto 4 working hours to have them ring me back).
This is not on, they make a point of saying “yes you can ring your branch directly” but won’t actually give you the number to do it.
