These people are going to lead me to an early grave…… their grave.
Kevin as you are aware we were without a connection to the outside world for 2 days this week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
After 1.5 days chasing Siemens BT attended site yesterday at approx 9.30, 23 hours lateby which time the problem seemed to have rectified itself. The Engineer tested all our services and there were no problems found. He says it must have been at the exchange and someone else must have rectified it.
After he left I was using Sage and after a short while I lost connection due to “Error From Back End” ?
This did not occur again throughout yesterday.
Throughout today whilst using Outlook I keep getting the message Requesting Data From Microsoft Exchange.
I thought that this system was to be better? 99.9% guaranteed?
Throughout this week it would be closer to the opposite .1%.
Am I missing a trick?
Regards, Mark Regional Manager
edit: I just received this:
Kevin I forgot to tell you that the only way I can send mail is vis the Webmail option.
Do you see why one day I will kill them, all of them and with my bare hands?
First of all, I am not responsible for BT or Siemens, this is unfortunate as I don’t work for either companies. Even more to the point I don’t really give a shit as BT can do what BT want to do. Siemens on the other hand do have to answer to me, but slowness isn’t their problem per se.
As for his back-end problem, well thats life, the server threw a strop and I don’t have the 30 minutes available to ring around all the offices to let them know.
As for Outlook, again slowness not my problem, shit happens and BT probably fucked it up when the fucked everything else up.
And to finish off the system is 99.9% guarenteed, welcome to the .1% now shut-up and stop writing me with your ass covering emails.
